Base Salary
$139k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on vulnerability triage and risk assessment using defined standards.
- Track remediation progress and ensure clean issue closure.
- Support automated triage workflows and improve signal quality.
- Contribute to automated remediation campaigns.
- Assist in zero-day and embargo response by inventorying affected assets.
- Participate in incident investigations and support impact analysis.
- Engage in on-call rotation for critical vulnerability events.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational updates.
- Identify process gaps and suggest workflow improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management or related security engineering.
- Strong understanding of vulnerability assessment fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms.
- Proficiency in scripting/automation for workflow support.
- Familiarity with cloud security concepts and common infrastructure vulnerabilities.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated execution ownership in operational security work.
