Base Salary
$125k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the deepgram.com codebase, including the Next.js front end and back end, GitHub repository, branching, CI/CD, and code review.
- Maintain Sanity CMS schemas, reusable modules, staging and production environments, and publishing workflows.
- Run the global design system and component library, manage the Vercel platform, and lead AI integrations.
- Build and operate a scalable QA and staging program that keeps the marketing site launch-ready.
- Lead internationalization and localization architecture, including locale-based URLs, routing, hreflang, and localized content workflows.
- Own technical SEO, including site architecture, redirects, and Core Web Vitals, while reviewing on-page SEO work.
- Improve LLM discoverability through structured data, metadata, and content architecture.
- Develop infrastructure for the site’s experimentation program.
- Implement forms, gated content, and attribution instrumentation in partnership with Marketing Operations.
- Maintain cybersecurity and conduct routine safety audits across dependencies and scripts.
- Ship complex website improvements and campaign pages at high velocity.
- Use AI agents in daily development and create tooling for safe marketing publishing.
Requirements
- Experience owning marketing websites rather than only product surfaces.
- Experience with enterprise repository ownership, branching strategy, CI/CD, and code review.
- Experience with headless CMS architecture, with Next.js and Sanity strongly preferred.
- Expertise in the modern React ecosystem for web development.
- Experience with Vercel as a production platform.
- Ability to demonstrate concrete use of AI agents and tooling in development workflows.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and willingness to work in an ambitious, fast-changing environment.
- Technical leadership experience directing or reviewing agency developers.
