Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions by translating client requirements into technical designs and development tasks.
- Collaborate with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
- Provide estimates for assigned tasks and independently write simple, reliable, and scalable code.
- Address moderate to complex development and support problems and document and communicate results to the Project Lead.
- Participate in whiteboarding, impact analysis, and efforts to improve development processes.
- Learn client information quickly and apply data modeling, process modeling, and revision-control practices.
- Develop long-term internal and external relationships.
- Mentor other developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or related experience.
- At least 4 years of experience developing applications.
- Experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases.
- Experience using Git and common version-control practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodology and Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects and work as a self-motivated, dependable teammate.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and solve new problems; Microsoft-environment experience is preferred but not required.
