Base Salary
$129k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enable MCP tools and AI agents through Retrieval Augmented Generation applications.
- Develop AI agents with security and semantic protocols.
- Deliver secure, scalable, high-performing AI-native solutions across enterprise ecosystems.
- Implement agentic frameworks using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Develop AI-driven test automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or UiPath.
- Investigate complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders through strong communication, presentation, and engagement skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or a master’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or other mainstream programming languages, with object-oriented programming and scalable distributed-systems experience.
- Experience with microservices, RESTful services, API management, and Apache Kafka.
- Experience with relational, in-memory, and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, MongoDB, and Snowflake.
- Experience with agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, LLM integration, and AI-enabled development tools such as Copilot or Cursor.
- Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices and toolsets.
- Ability to drive customer engagement, collaborate effectively, manage ambiguity, and apply strong analytical thinking.
- Preferred: familiarity with Oracle Cloud, GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred: test automation experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or UiPath.
- Preferred: certifications in Java, databases, cloud, AWS, or AI/ML.
- Supply chain domain experience is a plus.
Benefits
- Starting salary range is $128,600.00 to $184,900.00 for U.S. and/or Canada locations, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
