Responsibilities
- Define the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for Sitecore AI initiatives and enterprise digital experience solutions.
- Design, develop, and support scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable enterprise Sitecore applications.
- Lead migrations and modernization from Sitecore XP/XM to Sitecore XM Cloud and AI-enabled digital experience platforms.
- Implement AI-driven personalization, search, content generation, content optimization, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Architect integrations across Sitecore AI, Sitecore Stream, Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Content Hub, Connect, Experience Edge, and generative AI services.
- Implement Sitecore Content Serialization for source control, automated deployments, and environment management.
- Design and optimize Coveo Search and Sitecore Search for relevance and content discoverability.
- Develop headless and composable digital experience solutions using Sitecore JSS, React.js, Next.js, and modern frontend architecture.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, GraphQL, webhooks, AI services, and cloud-native components.
- Develop enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, and semantic search.
- Establish engineering practices for architecture, coding standards, security, performance, observability, and DevOps.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, solution assessments, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional training.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on Sitecore, AI capabilities, implementation patterns, and development practices.
- Evaluate emerging Sitecore and generative AI capabilities and lead cloud transformation and platform optimization initiatives.
- Provide hands-on production incident support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing development.
Requirements
- 7.5+ years of professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP/XM, and enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Expertise with Sitecore AI and Sitecore Stream, including AI-enabled content management, personalization, search, and customer engagement.
- Strong development experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 8 or later.
- Extensive experience designing scalable enterprise applications, microservices architectures, REST APIs, GraphQL integrations, and webhooks.
- Hands-on experience with Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Connect, Experience Edge, Sitecore SXA, Sitecore JSS, and Sitecore Content Serialization.
- Strong frontend development and architecture skills with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Coveo Search and Sitecore Search, including search configuration and relevance optimization.
- Understanding of generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, and AI-powered personalization.
- Experience architecting agentic AI platforms and AI agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, Git, automated deployment workflows, containerization, and cloud-native architecture.
- Understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, observability, and enterprise engineering standards.
- Proven ability to lead technical architecture, design reviews, modernization programs, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Experience mentoring developers, managing globally distributed engineering teams, and establishing technical communities of practice.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Sitecore certifications and relevant cloud certifications are desirable; Vercel, Agentic AI, digital marketing certifications, and relevant professional memberships are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, technical decision-making, ownership, and technical leadership skills.
