Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major features end-to-end, from architecture decisions through production release.
- Build reliable, performant systems across core workflows using Python/Django, React, and AWS.
- Ship AI-powered functionality that turns legal complexity into clear, usable software for law firms.
- Collaborate directly with product, ops, and design to define what gets built and why.
- Shape the culture of the technical team, standards, and practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years building reliable, secure software in production.
- Full-stack experience – comfortable across the frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks.
- A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
- Prior work at an early-stage startup where you helped set engineering standards is preferred.
