Responsibilities
- Own features end to end across database schemas, backend systems, and screens.
- Build and extend the factory command platform, nesting and quoting engine, customer portal, and inventory and demand intelligence systems.
- Integrate software directly with saws, automation, and shop-floor hardware.
- Translate real-world manufacturing operations into reliable systems.
- Ship frequently to production and spend time on the factory floor to understand operational problems.
Requirements
- Ability to own large, ambiguous work items independently and carry them through completion.
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and manage multiple moving pieces in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer focus, low ego, initiative, and willingness to take ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities.
- Comfort with aggressive use of AI tooling and pursuing the company’s mission outside normal working hours.
