Base Salary

$90k - $105k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Support solution design and implementation across NBCUniversal’s advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Gather and document integration requirements, technical capabilities, dependencies, risks, process flows, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate integration workstreams from discovery through launch, including milestones, stakeholders, issues, blockers, and operational readiness.
  • Develop test plans, QA flows, validation checklists, acceptance criteria, certification processes, and production launch validation.
  • Troubleshoot integrations by reviewing logs, ad requests and responses, identifiers, metadata, configuration, and observed behavior.
  • Create and maintain integration guides, architecture and process diagrams, decision records, known limitations, runbooks, and technical documentation.
  • Use approved AI-assisted tools for analysis, research, documentation, testing, issue triage, and workflow automation while independently validating results.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify integrations, improve repeatability, strengthen quality controls, and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, media technology, digital video, systems integration, solutions engineering, technical product delivery, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising or streaming media workflows, including areas such as ad serving, ad decisioning, dynamic ad insertion, programmatic advertising, measurement, content distribution, or playback.
  • Experience translating business needs into structured requirements, process flows, technical documentation, test cases, or implementation plans.
  • Experience coordinating technical and business stakeholders while tracking ownership, decisions, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions.
  • Demonstrated technical, quantitative, or analytical skills with the ability to investigate issues methodically and communicate findings clearly.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted productivity tools thoughtfully, verify outputs, recognize limitations, and protect sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with IAB specifications and standards such as VAST, VMAP, OpenRTB, SCTE-35, or SIMID is preferred.
  • Exposure to API-based integrations, JSON, XML, log analysis, request and response troubleshooting, technical configuration management, test planning, certification, or release readiness is preferred.
  • Experience with television, broadcast, media, content distribution, ad servers, decisioning platforms, stitchers, players, measurement systems, or web, mobile, CTV, VOD, live, or linear advertising workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with generative AI, copilots, agents, automation tools, AI-ready documentation, prompts, evaluation criteria, or workflow instructions is preferred.
