Base Salary
$127k - $182k/yr
Responsibilities
- Understand client objectives and challenges, identify technical gaps, and surface opportunities for solution reuse or innovation.
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet client needs and comply with data and legal policies.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in client industries and trending spaces.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for internal or external partners and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve merchant self-service, productivity, insights, and support experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP.
- Three years of experience coding in one or more programming languages such as Java, C, C++, or Python.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience working with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, investigative experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics, machine learning and solution-building experience, process improvement experience, and complex technical project delivery experience.
Benefits
- US base salary of $127000-$182000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
