Base Salary
$131k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own technical engagement and outcomes for a portfolio of GovTech ISV accounts from discovery through production scale.
- Lead technical deep dives, whiteboarding sessions, architecture discussions, and executive briefings.
- Guide compute, storage, networking, identity, database, security, and data-governance architecture decisions.
- Advise customers on generative AI applications built on Amazon Bedrock, including agentic patterns, retrieval, evaluations, and guardrails.
- Help customers modernize legacy platforms onto AWS using containers, serverless, and managed data services.
- Tune customer platforms for performance, reliability, and cost at scale and translate AWS service-roadmap developments into recommendations.
- Travel up to 30%.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technology domain such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 2 years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: experience in software development or Internet-related industries, migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud, and working with AWS technologies from a development/operations perspective.
