Base Salary
$116k - $161k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to own the technical sale from discovery through signed contract.
- Meet with executives and operators to tailor messaging and build lasting relationships.
- Design and deliver product demos, proof-of-concept pilots, solution architectures, and proposals.
- Educate prospects on safe hiring practices and answer technical and compliance questions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for R&D and identify market trends.
- Collaborate with Marketing on case studies, use cases, and events.
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Customer Success, or a related SaaS role.
- Demonstrate hands-on experience across discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value execution.
- Bring strong discovery, value-based selling, and demo-narrative skills.
- Have comfort with RESTful APIs or genuine eagerness to learn.
- Work effectively across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and communicate exceptionally well in writing and speech.
- Be willing to travel up to 30% as needed.
