Integrations Specialist - Level II

Responsibilities
- Lead custom and non-standard integration builds from scoping through go-live and guide client developers in using the public API.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex integration requests and troubleshoot issues using SQL, APIs, JSON, and test API calls.
- Create, refine, and document integration processes while supporting new product introductions and internal enablement.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, Implementation, Account Management, Sales, and Support teams on complex client issues.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to clients, maintain detailed Salesforce case management, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least five years of enterprise customer or technical support experience in a SaaS company, including at least two years in client onboarding, implementation, or project management.
- Experience with APIs and coding tools such as Postman, Swagger UI, and SQL, plus familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and custom integration workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, conflict resolution, organization, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, task management software, Salesforce, and general office software is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, coordinate multiple schedules, mentor others, and manage multiple projects.
- Interest in adopting AI tools such as Gemini and GitHub Copilot to improve workflow efficiency.
