Base Salary
$182k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the named technical partner to existing customers across CoreWeave’s infrastructure, Models, Weave, observability, and inference platform.
- Deepen platform adoption, identify and drive expansion opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key technical stakeholders.
- Advise customers as they build, train, deploy, and scale AI workloads in production.
- Partner with Account Managers on commercial activities and Specialist Field Engineers on deep technical expertise.
- Represent the customer’s voice internally and surface product feedback from the field.
- Proactively address technical blockers and business-critical customer needs.
- Build demos or proofs of concept and develop solutions for novel customer problems.
- Translate technical concepts for engineering and executive audiences.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in solutions engineering, AI-oriented solutions consulting, or technical field engineering.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying deep learning models, including modern LLM architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying production LLM-powered applications for customer use cases.
- Familiarity with running AI workloads on at least one major cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to solve complex and novel technical problems with enterprise customers.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills for engineering and executive audiences.
- Working knowledge of GPU compute, high-performance networking, and storage for AI workloads is preferred.
- Familiarity with PyTorch and modern LLM tools such as vLLM, LangChain, or LlamaIndex is preferred.
- Experience with Slurm or Kubernetes for ML job orchestration is preferred.
- Experience with hyperparameter optimization and experiment tracking tools is preferred.
- Background in ML Engineering, AI Engineering, MLOps, or LLMOps is preferred.
- Prior technical pre-sales or solutions architecture experience focused on net-new logos or greenfield accounts is preferred.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA H100, NVIDIA H200, NVIDIA B200, InfiniBand networking, and parallel file systems is preferred.
