Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to understand customer requirements and design scalable shipping solutions.
- Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design discussions, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Demonstrate how ShipperHQ addresses complex shipping and fulfillment challenges.
- Collaborate with Technical Support and customer-facing teams to improve processes and ensure customer success.
- Identify product gaps, customer friction points, and enhancement opportunities for the Product team.
- Develop and share technical enablement resources, product knowledge, and implementation best practices.
- Stay current on e-commerce platforms, integrations, and industry trends.
- Build trusted customer and internal stakeholder relationships through technical guidance and consultative recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical professional in a SaaS environment.
- Experience leading technical discovery sessions and managing proof-of-concept engagements.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and modern SaaS integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Shopify, including checkout extensibility, Adobe Commerce/Magento, BigCommerce, and/or shipping, carrier rating, and order management.
- Experience with HubSpot is strongly preferred.
- Strong curiosity, consultative problem-solving ability, communication skills, presentation skills, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
