Base Salary
$124k - $242k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review new solutions and manage qualification and certification submissions with marketing and the custom design solutions team.
- Partner with OEM customers to align expectations, resolve issues, and ensure projects are completed successfully.
- Analyze server and computing platforms at the full-system level and manage multiple technical cases and client priorities.
- Interpret schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic data, manufacturing test results, and thermal or electrical measurements to identify root causes.
- Drive improvements across CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.
- Travel as required to support project goals.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or comparable technical professional.
- Experience detecting issues in complex server or computing environments across the entire system.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and technical cases while maintaining priorities and follow-through.
- Strong understanding of server architecture, including CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, power delivery, cooling, and high-speed interconnects.
- Ability to interpret schematics, block diagrams, diagnostic logs, test results, and measurement data.
- Strong project-management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear recommendations.
- Preferred experience with NVIDIA HGX, DGX, or MGX platforms or comparable GPU-accelerated data center systems.
- Preferred experience designing, deploying, qualifying, or supporting AI infrastructure and solutions in enterprise or data center environments.
- Familiarity with ARM-based systems, NVIDIA GPUs, system firmware, and diagnostic automation using Python or shell scripting.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from 124,000 USD to 195,500 USD for Level 2 and from 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD for Level 3, plus equity and benefits.
- The role operates from the Round Rock, Texas area and requires travel as needed.
