Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Guidewire applications for insurance industry needs.
- Design, code, and test software solutions for policy administration, claims management, and billing.
- Analyze client requirements and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Configure Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to meet client specifications.
- Provide client training and support for business application integration and use.
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Apply AI fluency, analytical thinking, and software development methodologies to project delivery.
- Interpret data to develop insights and recommendations for client engagements.
- Maintain professional and technical standards while adapting to changing business contexts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Proficiency in Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter configuration is preferred.
- A master's or Master of Business Administration degree in a listed business, technical, analytical, engineering, finance, mathematics, or related field is preferred.
- Strong AI fluency, analytical thinking, learning agility, client relationship skills, and ability to navigate ambiguity are preferred.
