Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead installation, configuration, and commissioning of DCIM software solutions in remote and on-site customer environments.
- Own assigned implementation projects from kickoff through completion while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and configuration issues and provide advanced technical resolutions.
- Serve as the primary technical contact during implementations and conduct customer training sessions.
- Develop deployment and issue-resolution documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases and standardization efforts.
- Travel to customer sites as needed, typically averaging approximately 50% travel.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and opportunities for process or product improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of related experience with software products for data centers.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting software in customer-facing environments.
- Working knowledge of DCIM tools such as Data Center Expert, IT Advisor, and NetBotz, or similar enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Experience with networking fundamentals, Modbus, SNMP, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, customer engagement, independent problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, and organizational skills.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States on an ongoing basis and able to travel.
