Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and renewals within existing customer accounts.
- Identify expansion opportunities, technical risks, adoption gaps, and whitespace.
- Conduct discovery and translate customer needs into use cases, solution designs, and expansion opportunities.
- Design and optimize scalable solutions across hybrid, multi-cloud, and existing security environments.
- Align solutions with SOC workflows, business outcomes, ROI, efficiency, and risk-reduction goals.
- Engage technical and executive stakeholders through consultative, insight-driven conversations.
- Partner with account executives on qualification, deal strategy, forecasting, account planning, and QBRs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical account roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and security architectures.
- Familiarity with SOC tools including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and XDR in complex environments.
- Proven ability to expand accounts, design solutions, and influence technical and executive stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, and consultative selling skills.
- Fundamental understanding of AI technologies including LLM, ML, and NLP.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant cloud, security, and/or AI certifications are a plus.
