Base Salary
$126k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Assess customer marketing objectives, technical maturity, infrastructure, and first-party data management strategies with product, sales, and engagement teams.
- Lead technical consultations and martech diagnostic sessions to identify opportunities for custom solutions while accounting for data constraints and business cycles.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, reusable system architectures and technical specifications for media activation.
- Author prototype-grounded business and product requirement documents and lead technical handoffs to engineering teams.
- Provide technical-product oversight during implementation and ensure engineering work aligns with customer strategy.
- Partner with internal and customer technical teams to drive last-mile delivery, enablement, and deployment outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Three years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners or customers.
- Experience with system design or reading code, such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Preferred: master’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, applied science, or a related field.
- Preferred: experience in online advertising or customer growth and familiarity with ad serving and internet technologies.
- Preferred: experience with Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform products such as SA360, DV360, and GA4, or Google Cloud services.
- Preferred: Search+ expertise, Java or Python coding ability, and database knowledge with the ability to construct complex SQL queries.
Benefits
- US base salary of $126000 - $180000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
