Responsibilities
- Document integration patterns and provide technical guidance to partners.
- Build sample applications and proof-of-concept integrations for common integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot partner integration challenges hands-on, including API, authentication, and network issues.
- Translate partner feedback into clear problem statements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Maintain integration examples and internal tooling for partner onboarding.
- Collaborate directly with external partners and help them evaluate and implement CXone integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
- Experience building integrations with RESTful APIs, including authentication, error handling, and third-party platforms.
- Understanding of HTTP, WebSocket, JSON, and OAuth.
- Strong debugging skills across API failures, authentication issues, and network-level troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience collaborating with external partners, customers, or developer communities in a technical capacity.
- Advantageous experience with contact center technologies, sample applications, developer documentation, network and telephony, real-time communication, SaaS integrations, AI/ML integration patterns, AWS, Docker, and databases.
