Responsibilities
- Document integration patterns and provide technical guidance to partners.
- Build sample applications and proof-of-concept integrations.
- Troubleshoot partner integration challenges hands-on.
- Translate partner feedback into clear problem statements for product teams.
- Maintain integration examples and internal tooling for partner onboarding.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#/.NET.
- Experience building integrations with RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, WebSocket, JSON, and OAuth.
- Strong debugging skills across integration scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving approach to clarify ambiguous requirements.
- Experience collaborating with external partners or developer communities.
