Base Salary

$87k - $266k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead business process discovery and define scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with customer objectives.
  • Own or support end-to-end solution architecture across Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Management, Commerce, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
  • Define data models, integrations, system architecture, UX strategy, and technical designs for complex business requirements.
  • Provide architectural oversight across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Advise client stakeholders and internal delivery teams as the primary technical authority.
  • Lead technical design reviews, deployment strategy, release governance, environment planning, and rollback planning.
  • Oversee unit, integration, and user acceptance testing strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and support scalability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 3 years specializing in B2B Commerce across Salesforce clouds.
  • Understanding of B2B Commerce Einstein features, the B2B Commerce Extensions framework, B2B Commerce APIs, Connect APIs, cross-cloud use cases, and Salesforce OMS.
  • Familiarity with SAML, SSO, and OAuth authentication patterns.
  • Foundational experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms such as Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with test-driven development, deployments, and DevOps tools such as Gearset, Prodly, or Copado.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations.
  • Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript.
  • Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics.
  • Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, technical documentation, and client advisory skills.
