Base Salary
$95k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical deployment and strategy of Fortune 500 accounts.
- Gather client requirements and advise on technical features, data architecture, APIs, and data management best practices.
- Build, test, and deploy custom integrations using JavaScript and Python with AI-assisted workflows.
- Translate client needs into precise technical specifications for analytics, product, and engineering teams.
- Debug web applications, inspect network payloads, troubleshoot data capture issues, and escalate complex problems to engineering.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Fullstory features through continuous learning and research.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client-facing technical role such as consulting, professional services, or an early-career forward-deployed position.
- Background in Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Ability to bridge business and engineering by gathering broad requirements and translating them into precise technical specifications.
- Hands-on experience debugging modern web applications, including using browser developer tools and inspecting network payloads.
- Practical experience using AI tooling to accelerate technical workflows and build working solutions, with the judgment to validate and correct model output.
- Ability to reside within commuting distance of Atlanta for required weekly office attendance.
