Responsibilities
- Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models.
- Modify existing models for connected solutions, optimization, and new functionality.
- Serve as the architectural subject matter expert for large-scale connected planning solutions.
- Provide timely feedback and progress updates to business partners and the team.
- Develop model documentation.
- Participate in data integration and migration solutions.
- Participate in or lead UAT testing and deployment.
- Deliver Anaplan planning solutions for strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS.
- At least 4 years of experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions for Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales Performance use cases.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of formal system implementation methodologies covering requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment.
- Strong written and oral communication, problem-solving, analytical, data integration, business analytics, modeling, and planning skills.
- Ability to lead and implement multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Subject matter expertise in Finance, Workforce Planning, or Sales is strongly preferred.
- Service-oriented, collaborative, self-starting, results-oriented, and committed to coaching and continuous development.
