Base Salary
$150k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that develop customer fluency with agent engineering and the LangChain ecosystem.
- Create tutorials, reference implementations, best-practice guides, documentation, and other scalable enablement assets.
- Provide technical guidance and office hours to help customers solve implementation challenges.
- Build internal agents and tools that automate Enablement team processes and improve scalability.
- Represent customer friction points to Product and Engineering and incorporate current agent-engineering practices into training materials.
- Manage multiple customer engagements and travel up to 20% of the time.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building LLM or agent applications, including agent architecture and evaluation strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, or Solutions Engineering.
- Strong Python skills and the ability to write and debug code live with customers.
- Experience designing and delivering technical training programs, including live workshops, written tutorials, documentation, and video guides.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for audiences ranging from individual developers to enterprise stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations, manage multiple engagements, and stay current with agent-engineering trends.
- Preferred experience deploying AI agents in production with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, or similar frameworks.
- Preferred hands-on experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails.
- Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, basic Kubernetes concepts, and TypeScript or JavaScript.
