Base Salary
$151k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Help generative AI startups select and adopt appropriate architectures throughout their business lifecycle.
- Architect scalable, reliable, secure, cost-effective, and easy-to-operate solutions for startup customers.
- Support adoption of AWS services to deliver business value and accelerate startup growth.
- Connect customers with AWS engineering and product teams by providing platform and service feedback.
- Build technical relationships across the startup ecosystem, including accelerators, incubators, and venture capital firms.
- Develop startup-specific technical content such as blog posts, sample code, and solutions, and present technical information at events.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Preferred: experience with Python and generative AI libraries and frameworks including PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.
- Preferred: understanding of generative AI foundation-model tuning techniques including RAG, PEFT, RLHF, and DPO.
- Preferred: experience scaling model training and inference with Slurm, ParallelCluster, and Amazon SageMaker.
- Preferred: experience with distributed filesystems and high-performance networking.
