Base Salary
$85k - $113k/yr
Responsibilities
- Investigate complex escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, and resolve critical customer challenges.
- Own Web Platform investigations involving authentication, authorization, identity, enterprise administration, dashboards, notebooks, sheets, and DDSQL.
- Handle login failures, broken dashboards, permission mismatches, audit discrepancies, and visualization bugs.
- Coordinate investigations across multiple product areas and maintain accountability for outcomes.
- Develop internal tooling, debugging guides, and reusable workflows for access and user-interface issues.
- Run office hours, deliver learning sessions, and mentor the Global Support Engineering team.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps, drive improvements, and advocate for customers.
- Continuously develop deep technical expertise as the product evolves.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, and SCIM, including debugging access issues across identity providers and account configurations.
- Experience investigating enterprise-scale authorization involving roles, permissions, data restrictions, and credential lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze audit and compliance behavior and reconstruct who did what, when, and why.
- Familiarity with enterprise administration, including user and organization management and governance controls.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard usability.
- Ability to troubleshoot graphs end to end, from configuration and query resolution through final rendering.
- Computer Science or Engineering majors are a bonus.
- Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar software is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Datadog, its integrations ecosystem, or similar observability platforms is a strong plus.
