Base Salary
$149k - $365k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for high-profile customer engagements involving defense, intelligence, and aerospace missions.
- Design, build, and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions and bespoke AI systems.
- Engineer distributed systems across AWS, GCP, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud.
- Develop Terraform infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes and Docker microservices, and data pipelines.
- Build production-grade software and orchestrate AI agents within human workflows.
- Maintain shared system context containing system designs, constraints, and standards for reliable AI operation.
- Evaluate human- and AI-generated code for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
- Partner with customers and mission stakeholders to translate complex needs into technical solutions.
- Lead rapid prototyping, root cause analysis, and best-practice adoption across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and act as a technical role model.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Deep proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
- Demonstrated AI-first engineering approach and experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Cursor.
- Advanced prompt-engineering skills and ability to create reliable system context for AI outputs.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
- Experience working in an air-gapped GovCloud environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including command-center and executive-briefing settings.
- Ability to travel 25–50% of the time to customer sites as needed.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, born or naturalized, living on U.S. soil, and not hold dual citizenship; must meet customer and government screening standards.
- Preferred: defense or aerospace experience, classified-environment experience including IL5/IL6, or federal civilian agency experience.
- Preferred: customer-facing hands-on technical lead or architect experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce platform experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Flows, LWC, or Apex.
- Preferred: familiarity with IL5/IL6, CNSS #1253, or classified-environment deployments.

- The typical base salary range is $148,500–$365,200 annually, excluding bonus, equity, and benefits.
