Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Support development and ongoing updates to the WordPress site hosted on WP Engine.
- Implement front-end and back-end enhancements using modern best practices.
- Perform routine platform maintenance tasks, including security updates.
- Monitor site performance, page speed, and uptime, escalating issues as needed.
- Work with the Search team to identify and address technical SEO issues.
- Support Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementations.
- Assist with A/B testing and landing page iteration.
- Support media workflows using Cloudinary for asset delivery.
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, UX, and external agencies on initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in website development and operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting WordPress websites, including themes and plugins.
- Familiarity with managed hosting platforms like WP Engine.
- Strong front-end fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to Google Tag Manager, GA4, and digital analytics tracking.
- Working knowledge of website performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners.
