Base Salary
$101k - $152k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and stabilize complex technical business solutions for Managed Services platform customers.
- Partner with senior software developers and leadership to complete Managed Services integration project deliverables.
- Review and approve client requirements, design documentation, SDD documents, and readiness review artifacts.
- Coordinate with solution consultants and global architecture to transition sales activity into deliverable solutions and confirmed project schedules.
- Ensure deliverables meet SLO and JIRA quality standards while managing project manager and client expectations.
- Represent the software team in the change management process.
- Champion AI-driven solutions, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives for Cloud Services.
- Coach and mentor experienced technical resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or another technical discipline.
- At least one year of OpenText Cloud Services experience as an Assistant Software Developer, with a minimum of two years supporting BN TG customers.
- At least three years of experience in systems analysis, design, systems integration, and development.
- Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in AI tools, design, and delivery.
- Unix/Linux and scripting experience with Expect, Perl, and Shell is a plus.
- Experience with FTP, web services/HTTPS, AS2, and SFTP protocols; API experience is desired but not required.
