Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex software problems.
- Work with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features.
- Learn and incorporate new engineering methods and best practices.
- Design, develop, test, and improve software solutions in a cooperative team environment.
- Improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, performance, monitoring, and operations at scale.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship.
- Alternatively, currently pursuing a master's degree in computer science or a related technical field, with at least one semester or term remaining after the internship.
- Preferred: understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: one year of programming experience in an object-oriented language.

- Paid internship with a typical base pay range of CAD $5,600–CAD $5,900 per month.
