Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications, including implementing features and fixing bugs
- Participate in pull requests, code reviews, and coding standards
- Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges and meet project requirements
- Participate in iterative development processes and team ceremonies
- Identify and resolve software issues
- Contribute to technical documentation and project reports
- Work with Quality Assurance teams and participate in QA efforts as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in software engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical, technical, communication, project management, debugging, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to develop quality code, follow coding and industry best practices, and maintain software
- Ability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to peers
- Legal authorization to work in the United States for U.S.-based applicants
