$149k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and execute software projects critical to the core product.
- Own and improve the stability, performance, and scalability of backend services.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure services meet organizational needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing system efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development activities.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development and distributed systems.
- Experience with Go and/or Python.
- Proficient in asynchronous and written communication with distributed teams.
- Experience building features from scratch and balancing development with operational tasks.
- Growth-driven mindset with a desire to increase impact and responsibility.
