Responsibilities
- Build and implement ServiceNow applications and IT products.
- Develop reusable and componentized applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Build UI components using ServicePortal.
- Work with JavaScript and web platform technologies, including AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
- Learn new technologies quickly and work effectively with customers and culturally diverse teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of ServiceNow application development and implementation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps products.
- Strong expertise and a proven track record building applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Working experience with ServicePortal and UI component development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
