Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and operate scalable services and APIs powering the LLM compliance platform.
- Architect how AI insights are surfaced to users in a robust, fast, and intuitive way.
- Make high-impact technical decisions and own end-to-end system design, production delivery, and iteration.
- Shape engineering culture, standards, and tooling as the company grows.
- Contribute across the full stack and incorporate customer feedback into the product.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building systems at meaningful scale and writing clean, well-reasoned code.
- Deep expertise in one or more of Go, Node.js/TypeScript, or Python, with sufficient frontend experience to contribute when needed.
- Understanding of APIs and distributed systems in production.
- Experience shipping in fast-moving environments without sacrificing reliability.
- Curiosity about how LLMs work and enthusiasm for building applications on top of them.
