Responsibilities

Contribute to both frontend and backend codebases while developing expertise in at least one area.
Lead projects through discovery, design, architecture, system design, work breakdown, implementation, and monitoring.
Influence product direction and participate in technical scoping and productive engineering discussions.
Build greenfield product features for a scalable, configurable, multi-brand healthcare platform.
Understand, improve, decompose, and migrate complex business logic from the legacy monorepo to microservices.
Own shipped work across the full product lifecycle and contribute to internal tooling and developer experience improvements.

Require at least 5–8 years of experience in a similar role at startups, scale-ups, or software companies.
Require full-stack software engineering capability and willingness to work across frontend and backend systems.
Require experience using elements of the stated technology stack and working across the product lifecycle.
Require experience leading projects from discovery and design through implementation and monitoring.
Require strong problem-solving, adaptability, product thinking, technical communication, and written and verbal communication skills.
