Base Salary
$174k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Scope, design, test, and deploy AI-powered features and components that automate and enhance Trust and Safety operations.
- Build AI models, conduct experiments, improve quality, and develop infrastructure and tools across the stack.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on complex problems involving technology, automation, user protection, and AI.
- Participate in code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- At least 3 years of experience architecting distributed systems, infrastructure, or agentic systems.
- Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with abuse detection.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with Generative AI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issues.
