Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support Reltio Master Data Management solutions.
- Participate in end-to-end Customer MDM implementation projects.
- Configure data models, entity relationships, hierarchies, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows, quality assessments, and lifecycle actions.
- Develop data integration processes between source systems and Reltio using Reltio APIs and integration services.
- Perform data profiling, data quality assessments, cleansing, monitoring, governance, and stewardship activities.
- Provide root cause analysis and production support for MDM applications.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, developers, and global teams to deliver scalable MDM solutions.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation artifacts.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of overall experience in Master Data Management and Data Warehousing.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience implementing Reltio MDM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Customer MDM concepts, architecture, configuration, and implementation.
- Experience with Reltio entity and relationship modeling, data validation, lifecycle actions, match rules, survivorship, merge management, quality assessment, APIs, and integration services.
- Knowledge of data profiling, data quality management, data monitoring, data modeling, metadata management, data integration, enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and business intelligence standards.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services; ETL and integration tool experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Enterprise MDM, Customer 360, data governance, data stewardship, data quality frameworks, Agile delivery, and cloud data management experience are desirable.
- Reltio certifications, knowledge of data governance tools, exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and JavaScript or Python experience are advantageous.
