Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise Agentic AI applications and multi-agent workflows.
- Build reusable agent orchestration frameworks, tools, prompts, workflow libraries, state management, checkpointing, human-in-the-loop controls, and recovery mechanisms.
- Deploy containerized AI services and APIs on GKE using Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and automated delivery practices.
- Build distributed batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP for AI and analytics workloads.
- Develop RAG, vector search, semantic retrieval, document ingestion, indexing, embedding, hybrid search, and knowledge graph capabilities.
- Improve AI system scalability, reliability, latency, throughput, observability, incident response, and operational efficiency.
- Implement AI governance, auditability, explainability, output validation, confidence scoring, hallucination detection, and compliance controls.
- Lead architecture reviews, provide technical direction, mentor junior engineers, establish engineering practices, and contribute to enterprise AI roadmaps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience with AI/ML or GenAI engineering.
- Strong production software development experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing.
- Experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, and GKE.
- Experience building RAG, vector search, and knowledge graph solutions.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of software design patterns, distributed architectures, microservices, PostgreSQL, Redis, NoSQL technologies, observability, monitoring, and production support.
