Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows using LLM orchestration, tools, and plugins.
- Implement agentic behaviors with LangChain or LangGraph, including ReAct reasoning loops.
- Design and develop a high-performance React application and reusable, scalable UI components.
- Build Python or Node.js middleware to orchestrate agent calls and data flow.
- Integrate APIs and backend services across frontend and backend layers.
- Implement observability, logging, and tracing for agent runs and system performance.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and production readiness.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with strong Python and React.js expertise.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying at least one production-deployed AI agent or LLM application.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and using tools or plugins to extend agent capabilities.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and ReAct reasoning patterns.
- Experience with observability, logging, and tracing for AI agents.
- Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Preferred: Node.js or Python middleware development experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce APIs, including REST, Apex, and RLM/CPQ.
- Preferred: Event-driven architectures, webhooks, CDC, and asynchronous processing.
- Preferred: CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Databricks, and Mosaic AI.
