Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents for business-critical workflows with LLM orchestration, tooling, and ReAct reasoning loops.
- Build high-performance React applications and reusable, scalable UI components for agent interfaces.
- Develop Python or Node.js middleware to orchestrate agent calls and data flows.
- Integrate APIs and backend services, including REST and GraphQL services.
- Implement observability, logging, and tracing for agent runs and system performance.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, scalability, and production readiness.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to solution design.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and documented code while collaborating across frontend and backend teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong Python and React.js expertise.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying at least one production AI agent or LLM application.
- Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tools or plugins for extending agent capabilities.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and reasoning patterns such as ReAct loops.
- Experience with observability, logging, and tracing for AI agents.
- Experience building large-scale, enterprise-grade applications and integrating APIs through REST or GraphQL.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
- Preferred experience with Node.js or Python middleware, Salesforce APIs including REST, Apex, and RLM/CPQ, event-driven architectures, webhooks, CDC, asynchronous processing, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Databricks, and Mosaic AI.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
