Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
- Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
- Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
- Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch products quickly.
- Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.
- Utilize analytics and feedback to improve features post-launch.
- Create tools to reduce manual work and enhance business speed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
- Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
- Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
- Ability to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specifications.
- Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable debugging across the stack.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplace, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms is a strong advantage.
