Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions.
- Design and implement machine learning models, data products, and systems including deep learning, natural language processing, classification, recommender systems, and LLM-based applications.
- Contribute to ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and scalable production deployments.
- Build high-performing, adaptive, and continuously learning AI systems while defining engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and support collaborative, independent, and creative problem solving.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, math, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant skills gained in the same or a similar role.
- Advanced English language communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and SageMaker; Databricks; MLflow; and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with vector and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, MLOps/LLMOps practices, model evaluation, and scalable AI application development.
- Knowledge of design patterns and data structures.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and experience with non-relational, NoSQL, and vector databases, as well as recommender systems, classifiers, and chatbots.
