Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify, design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning solutions.
- Design and implement data products, machine learning models, and scalable AI systems for HCM user experiences.
- Contribute to ML architecture, infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and model evaluation.
- Develop high-performing, adaptive, and continuously learning AI systems with robust code and documentation.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in relevant skills gained in the same or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Lambda, Step Functions, and SageMaker; Databricks; MLflow; and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with vector and NoSQL databases, cloud-native architectures, MLOps/LLMOps practices, model evaluation, and scalable AI application development.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and experience with recommender systems, classifiers, chatbots, NoSQL databases, and vector databases.
