Base Salary

$133k - $157k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead modernization and transformation of enterprise contact center platforms while maintaining business continuity and service availability.
  • Design and support AWS-based Contact Center solutions using Amazon Connect, serverless technologies, cloud-native services, and multi-AZ and multi-region architectures.
  • Develop AI-powered contact center capabilities including conversational AI, virtual assistants, voice and chat bots, Agent Assist, and agentic AI workflows.
  • Lead integrations across CRM platforms, telephony systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Establish engineering practices for software design, code quality, security, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with product, architecture, operations, business leaders, vendors, contractors, and distributed teams on technology strategy and delivery.
  • Lead incident management, platform reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Six to eight years of relevant experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including Amazon Connect, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Kinesis, IAM, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, and/or React for cloud-based application development and support.
  • Experience designing scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant, and highly available multi-AZ and multi-region systems.
  • Experience with Generative AI, Conversational AI, Amazon Lex, AWS Bedrock, Contact Lens, Agent Assist, prompt engineering, and responsible AI governance.
  • Experience with contact center platforms, omnichannel solutions, telephony systems, and CRM integrations such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.
  • Background in real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, analytics platforms, and enterprise-scale integrations.
  • Experience with cloud modernization, platform transformation, and large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware, Terraform, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Tibco, and infrastructure automation tools.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services or other highly regulated environments, including tools such as Fortify, Black Duck, Twistlock, and Wiz.
  • Proven technical leadership, platform ownership, incident management, distributed team leadership, vendor partnerships, and complex delivery program experience.
