Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop and test automation bots with internal and external stakeholders.
- Design future-state automation components and obtain process-expert review and approval.
- Automate business processes using UiPath, Power Platform, and other selected tools.
- Perform proofs of concept and feasibility studies for proposed automation solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into technical designs and identify process or system gaps.
- Participate in code peer reviews and deliver automation work within estimated timelines.
- Support existing automation solutions, including estimating and delivering change requests.
- Build agentic automation solutions using UiPath and/or LangChain-based agent frameworks.
- Directly manage team members and collaborate with process experts on process-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with robotic process automation using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Practical experience independently developing and deploying bots and knowledge of the complete RPA lifecycle.
- Knowledge of UiPath RE Framework, Document Understanding, AI Center, AI Agents, Orchestrator, and Copilot-based agent development.
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, APIs, Azure DevOps, SQL databases, and SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience building agentic automation solutions and practical experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflow design.
- Direct team-management experience and experience working with finance-related processes.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or related field, or 7–9 years of related experience in lieu of a degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Python, Jira, VBA/macros, and some .NET experience are preferred.
- UIPath/UIARD and UiPath Agentic Automation certifications are preferred.
