Responsibilities
- Define reusable architectures and reference patterns for orchestration, planning, tool use, memory, evaluation loops, and multi-agent workflows.
- Standardize LLM providers, embedding models, vector databases, retrieval strategies, prompt templates, evaluators, and observability stacks.
- Lead discovery, scoping, proof-of-concept, pilot, and scale-out delivery for practical AI solutions.
- Own non-functional requirements including security, privacy, compliance, performance, reliability, and token or compute cost efficiency.
- Design data contracts, chunking, indexing, hybrid search, citations, grounding, freshness pipelines, and hallucination-reduction guardrails.
- Define integrations with enterprise systems, event streams, APIs, gateways, messaging platforms, and CI/CD and release governance.
- Establish offline and online evaluations, end-to-end telemetry, failure-mode mitigations, and safety policies for content, access, and actions.
- Guide developer squads and contribute to playbooks, training tracks, coding standards, and AI-native interviewer panels.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid delivery.
- Primary proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java.
- Experience designing multi-agent systems, agent frameworks or custom orchestration, and production-grade RAG.
- Experience with retrieval evaluators, reranking, freshness pipelines, hybrid search, LLMOps/ModelOps, prompt versioning, evaluation harnesses, feature flags, canarying, A/B testing, and safety gateways.
- Experience with cloud-native architecture, containers, serverless systems, events, secrets management, policy as code, and AI workload cost governance.
- Experience integrating enterprise APIs, API gateways, event buses, JMS/Kafka messaging, and contract testing.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly with business and engineering stakeholders.
