Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Design scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and user interfaces for AI-assisted features.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, performance, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Solid foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development.
- Practical understanding of RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, cloud platforms, containerization, and cloud-native development.
