Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technical design specifications for product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance and identify opportunities for platform convergence and application improvement.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer outcomes with organizational health.
- Lead design sessions, technical conversations, code reviews, and system architecture decisions.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features and building successful learning-oriented teams.
- Communicate technical direction and feedback to executive leadership, stakeholders, peers, and development teams.
- Apply AI-native practices to build, validate, operate, and continuously improve production software.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of .NET full-stack development experience is required.
- At least 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is also stated.
- Significant experience designing and implementing reliable, scalable systems, architecture, and design patterns.
- Fluency in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectures and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience leading cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains, with the ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
- Fluency in DevOps concepts and strong communication, mentoring, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
