Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architecture for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Build and ship production-ready software using AI as a core part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, manage team performance, and make decisions affecting the team and broader organization.
- Provide solutions to problems spanning multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder requirements and feedback.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation.
- Lead cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical architecture guidance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in technology solution architecture is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in .NET full-stack development is required.
- Proficiency in technology solution architecture is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and services is required.
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns is required.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment is required.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains is required.
- Ability to translate AI innovation into business and productivity impact is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
