Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Manage and coordinate teams to support project execution and milestone delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting multiple teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Guide and support junior team members.
- Drive software project execution using Agile frameworks and methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams on complex software projects.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
