Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise full-stack applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Build and ship scalable front-end and back-end solutions using Java full-stack technologies and modern cloud-native patterns.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate AI services, RAG-based retrieval, and conversational APIs into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and UI/UX for AI-assisted features.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, compliance, and responsible-AI guardrails.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflow experience.
- Experience using copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot, or .NET and C#, or Python for scripting, automation, and AI API integration.
- Front-end experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native technologies, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted development to deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes.
- This role focuses on AI integration and productivity uplift rather than model training, ML architecture, or MLOps ownership.
