Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare technical design specifications aligned with product and architectural initiatives.
- Drive architectural governance activities and seek platform convergence across engineering efforts.
- Plan engineering initiatives and feature delivery while balancing customer needs with organizational health.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and guide technical conversations toward successful outcomes.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with executive leadership, peers, and development teams.
- Apply AI-native practices to develop, validate, operate, and continuously improve production software.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of .NET full-stack development experience is stated.
- The posting also states a minimum of 10 years of software development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, enhancing, scaling, and improving reliable software systems.
- Fluency and specialization in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, and engineering toolchains.
- Experience with application monitoring tools and performance assessments is preferred.
- Understanding of security architecture, protocols, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, and OAuth is preferred.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments is preferred.
